Deep conversations > small talk
Always down for a hike, no matter the season
Finds peace in quiet mornings and strong coffee
Equal parts grounded and sarcastic
I think way too much about what makes people tick
Finds therapy in the kitchen
I believe in showing up, keeping it real, and not pretending to have it all figured out
Life is complicated, and so are people. That’s why I approach therapy with realness, patience, and respect for whatever you’re walking through. Whether you’re navigating trauma, dealing with thoughts of suicide, or struggling through a major life change, I work to meet you right where you’re at.
In therapy, I offer a grounded, down-to-earth space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, without judgment, and at your pace. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, process what you’ve been through, and develop tools to move forward with clarity and strength.
I work with teens and adults facing issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship struggles, and men’s mental health. My clinical training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma work, and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for anxiety and OCD-related concerns. I also draw from mindfulness, emotion-focused work, and practical coping strategies based on your needs and goals.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. Reaching out is a big first step, and I’d be honored to support you in the process.
